Koola Beach Apartments is a modern five storey resort Apartment complex, offering 4 Star comfort at an affordable price. It boasts an outdoor swimming pool with swim- jets, outdoor spa, BBQ area, secure basement car-parking and a lift access from the basement to all floors. The complex comprises 19 x  2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom fully self-contained  Park View Apartments, that can be booked as either a  One Bedroom or Two Bedroom configuration. Park View Apartments

Park View Apartments are located on the ground through to the 5th floor. All apartments overlook the neighboring parkland and gardens which provide a private outlook.The higher floor Apartments also have distant views across the surrounding beachside parklands to the Pacific Ocean.  Nature lovers will enjoy the view to the nearby Barolin Nature Reserve. Families with young children may prefer the option of a ground floor apartment allowing easy access to the lawn / garden area, the adjoining park, and the pool area.

One or Two Bedroom Bookings

All Koola Beach Apartments contain two bedrooms with either Queen + King or Queen + two King Single bedding configurations. All apartments have a single bathroom and combined laundry. However, a one bedroom discounted rate is available for up to two persons sharing a single bedroom. The other bedroom will be closed off, but you’ll still have the benefit of  the spacious balcony, kitchen, bathroom and lounge / dining area.

This Modern stylish Two-bedroom apartment is located on Level 2 overlooking Nielsen Park. Bedding configuration is a Queen Bed in main bedroom and 2 Singles in the second bedroom. Fully self-contained Apartment with Kitchen, dining area and lounge, one bathroom with washing machine & dryer, balcony with 6 seater table and chairs. The apartment is available up to 5 guests with a folding bed option for the 5th person.
